    From conflict to reconciliation

Volunteer support for resolving social conflicts between immigrants and local residents

Recolte is a volunteer organization that provides support for resolving disputes that arise between immigrants and local residents. As a new approach to realizing a multicultural society, Recolte proposes and practices dispute resolution support.

Conflicts often develop over small things, such as trash disposal or noise pollution. For immigrants in particular, lack of understanding or interest, cultural differences, and communication difficulties can easily exacerbate the problems.

Recolte provides support for resolving disputes from a neutral and fair standpoint, based on knowledge of social sciences such as conflict resolution and sociology. Through our support, we also aim to promote the social integration of immigrants and multicultural coexistence.

It doesn't cost anything to help!

Recolte is a volunteer organization, and we do not charge any fees to those who request our assistance. All assistance we provide is provided free of charge.
